A rebuilt radiator

As I work though  all the parts and pieces each one is inspected and repaired as needed or at least cleaned and painted.

The radiator was fall in out of its frame, the welded/brazed core to the frame with all welds broken.  I took it to a good radiator shop (Guaranteed Radiator in Tampa) that I have used before for Landrover and Jeep radiators.

This radiator was found to be leaking and did not take the pressure test.  So a new core was ordered and fitted into the original frame.  It looks nice now.  It cost me a whopping $700 but it a quality rebuild vs a repop India made model for a couple hundred less but in a Blue Box.  I like the refurbished OEM.

Vent seals

Vent seals I got some seals from a friend who had them specially made.  The are much softer than the available originals or aftermarket one...
